Summary of the nursing paper:
A 7 page paper defining and discussing quality of life as a concept of nursing. The paper mentions those beyond the ability to care for themselves or be cognizant of the world around them but focuses on those facing change as having the greatest issues for the nurse. Quality of life likely always will depend more on individuals' perceptions of their own than on anyone else's definition of it for someone else.
