Summary of the nursing paper:

This paper discusses a documentary film that follows eight Rweandan children as they go to a hospital for cardiac surgery. The children went to the only free hospital in the country. A nurse complains about a surgeon whose number of dead children is too high for the situation. The essay discuses the nurse and the situaiton and how she brought change about. There are two sources listed in the bibliography of this three page paper.
